Purchasing policy
Ticket prices include taxes and service charges.
Neither exchangeable nor refundable, unless canceled by FASS. In such a case, the refund will be made using the same method of payment as for the purchase.

Out of respect for the artists and the audience, latecomers will only be admitted to the venue if there is a scheduled break during the performance.
