Health Measures to Be Implemented at the Big Top Venue for the Safety of Spectators, Workers and Volunteers
In collaboration with multiple organizations in the cultural sector, including venue organizations, associations, producers, partners and professionals, as well as other guidelines or studies from Europe and the United States, the established measures are based on various approved reopening guidelines and particularly on measures enacted by the Direction générale de la santé publique du Québec and the CNESST.
General measures
- Alcohol-based gel dispensing stations where spectators can clean and sanitize their hands as they enter the Festival venue
- Reminder about health measures announced before the show
- Health measures will be posted in the Big Top and on the website and communicated on our social networks and in our newsletters
- Latecomers could be denied entry
- Persons showing symptoms of COVID-19 will be denied entry
- Alcohol-based hand sanitizer stations at toilet entrances and exits
Ticket counter
- Card transactions will be encouraged. Payment devices (POS) to be sanitized after each use
Sanitizing of premises
- With an appropriate cleaning solution and on a regular basis: washrooms, door handles, stair railings, staircase handrails, faucets in washrooms

Dance Trails
- Staggered departures – 2:00, 3:00, 4:00 PM
- Reservation system with pre-established departure time
- Marked-out sections for arrival and departure areas
