Hats off to Ballets Jazz Montr\u00e9al on the occasion of its 50<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> anniversary! Excellence, innovation, energy and passion are the hallmarks of BJM’s long and successful run. An audience favourite, back in Saint-Sauveur for the first time since 2015, the troupe offers us an all-woman triple bill expressing the very essence of the company. Two key works from the repertoire, Aszure Barton’s Les chambres des Jacques <\/em>and Crystal Pite’s Ten Duets on Rescue<\/em>, are on the program. As a bonus, a world premiere entitled We Can’t Forget What’s His Name<\/em>\u00a0by emerging talent and BJM performer Ausia Jones offers a new perspective inspired by diverse gestural languages, groove, and counterpoint. Innovative, sensual, human and complex works that strike a balance between past, present and future.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
